Linux Academy’s sales team is growing and we have openings on a variety of teams, but one of our greatest urgencies is in the role of Executive Account Manager. We're currently seeking energetic, great communicators to join us on the front lines. You'll have opportunities for advancement and will work an environment with people who love what they do. This position has potential to evolve in many directions as the company grows, so having comfort and flexibility around change will be a necessity.
As an Executive Account Manager, you will benefit from inbound leads as well as partner with internal Sales Development Reps to research prospective clients, create outreach strategies, and identify opportunities. You will conduct an assessment and needs analysis with prospective clients of the Linux Academy technology and successfully communicate the Linux Academy value proposition. Target clients will largely consist of -- but will not be limited to -- mid-sized, large and enterprise companies. This role is an in-office sales position working in our Dallas/Fort Worth Area office and requires little to no travel.
In this role, you will need to: Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective clients face, which can be solved with our solution Close new business consistently at or above quota level Serve as an evangelist for Linux Academy’s solution Follow up on qualified opportunities at mid-sized, large and enterprise companies Build relationships with prospects and internal stake holders to grow new business Work collaboratively with marketing and other departments to execute sales strategy Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
